The 2 Bedroom Suites With Pool (83 Sq. F) are very limited

General reservation terms

Room rates quoted in Euro, per room, per night, including Buffet Breakfast, all applicable taxes and dinner at Blue Palace Hotel.
Reservations will handled on first come first served basis.
The above mentioned rates are valid only from June 15 until June 21, 2014. Any extension will be handled upon request.
No reservation will be handled without the accommodation form duly completed and accompanied with credit card details or bank transfer receipt.
Accommodation confirmation will be sent within 3 working days of the properly filled in accommodation form receipt.

Deposits

Hotel deposit 450€
Deadline January 31, 2014
Remaining amount to be paid on site in Greece by June 18, 2014, to CTMI staff.

Cancellations:

• For cancellation prior to December 31st no penalty
• For cancellations between January 1st and March 1st ONE night fee for both hotels will be charged.
• For cancellations between March 2nd and May 1st TWO nights’ fees for both hotels will be charged.
• For cancellations after May 1st and no shows TOTAL accommodation amount will be charged.
All reservations must be made through CTM International’s online secure system.

IMPORTANT:
Each individual participant should make the appropriate flight arrangements arriving to Athens (ATH) and departing from Heraklion (HER).
