	SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM HOME INVITATION REGISTRATION DETAILED PROGRAM ACCOMMODATION & ONLINE RESERVATION CONTACT LOCAL ORGANIZER	You can Register on the Piedmont’s Society web site: www.piedmontorthopedicsociety.org REGISTRATIONS $1,300.00 member (also includes meeting room, AV equipment & technical staff; 4 coffee breaks) $ 300.00 spouse/guest (one) $ 600.00 children over 12 and additional guests $ 300.00 children 12 and under $1,100.00 Greek members*(also includes meeting room, AV equipment & technical staff; 4 coffee breaks) $ 200.00 Greek members’ spouse/guest (one)* $ 500.00 Greek children over 12 and additional guests* *Greeks’ fees less as they will not utilize some of the land services Registration includes: • Athens arrival meet and greet transfer June 15th • Reception and welcome dinner and drink package during dinner June 15th • Acropolis and Attiko Hospital transfers June 16th • Acropolis and Museum entrances, with private English speaking guide • Lunch at the Acropolis museum (including refreshments) • Athens departure transfer on June 18th • One way air ticket from Athens to Heraklion on June 18th only • Heraklion arrival transfer and tour to Knossos June 18th, Knossos site entrance fee, with private English speaking guide June 18th • Lunch basket during the Knossos visit June 18th • Theme farewell dinner at Blue Palace on June 20th (Package drink during theme dinner at Blue Palace) • Spinalonga Island tour with private English guide June 21st • Transfer from Porto Elounda to Heraklion airport on June 21st only (you will need to book your own return flight from Heraklion to Athens or other destination) • Three coctail receptions at Blue Palace before dinners.
